The HUB features a diverse menu in an updated setting where you can grab a great meal right downstairs from your living space! Our kitchen layout has been converted to a series of stations designed to encourage social-distancing and to route guests effectively to the dining options of their choice such as grilled classics, allergen-conscious Simple Servings or vegan/vegetarian features.
The dining hall provides meal options to go for everyone, including Mindful recipes that focus on transparency of ingredients, delicious food, satisfying portions and clarity in message so that making Mindful choices becomes second nature.
Simple Servings: Our Simple Servings zone is a safe-space where guests can comply with food allergy or other dietary concerns without feeling singled out. All food offerings at our Simple Servings zone are naturally free of milk, eggs, wheat, soy shellfish, peanuts, tree-nuts and gluten. Both the lunch and dinner menus change daily and include varied protein options: pork, fish, beef, chicken and turkey. All side dishes are vegan, containing no milk, eggs or meat products.
My Zone: My Zone is a "pantry" where food items needed by guests with celiac disease or food allergies can be housed with precautions against cross-contamination. This special area gives guests the ability to be involved in their own allergen-free meal preparation. My Zone has the flexibility to address other special needs such as kosher or halal foods. My Zone will always be free of gluten-containing ingredients and products, as well as tree-nut and peanut products.

Fun Fact: The HUB, formerly known as Bob's Place, underwent a huge renovation in 2015. The update, while preserving historical features, created a modern venue where guests can enjoy food and friendship in a comfortable environment.
